He graduated with honours in business administration from the Bocconi University of Milan. For over 15 years he has been involved in strategic planning to support acquisition and development projects with a major focus on the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. He has coordinated several deals in Italy and abroad, combining funds and industrial companies in restructuring and relaunching actions of companies with production sites of international importance. He currently holds the positions of Managing Director of Caffaro Green Chemicals Srl, a company operating in basic chemicals within the Torviscosa site, Vice-Chairman of Special Affairs Srl, a consultancy boutique in the field of M & A based in Milan and Chairman of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical department of Confindustria Chieti-Pescara, member of the National Confindustria Research Development Technical Group. In Società Chimica Bussi SpA, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, he is delegated all the powers concerning strategic, economic-financial and investment project management.
Stefano Muffo

Chemical engineer with experience in the production area of multinational companies in the chemical sector oil&gas, in which he also specifically dealt with the design, construction and start-up of new processes and systems. He holds the position of Plant Director of Società Chimica Bussi S.p.A. and he is responsible for managing all departments and production services.
Chiara Lami

A chemical engineer with specific experience in the regulatory and authorization processes of the products. She is in charge of the management of relations with the competent authorities in relation to the procedures for the commercial start-up of new productions.
Alessandra Di Pietro
Board member
Graduated in Business Economics with top marks, specific experience in Accounting, Finance and Auditing acquired in multi-structured companies. Since 2016 he has been responsible for the Administration, Finance and Control area. Among its main functions is to synergistically deal with group finance by structuring it to the needs of the companies with particular attention to the related development and investment programs.
